Job Description
We’re looking for a high-energy Production Manager who loves the pace of the production environment and takes pride in running a tight, efficient operation.
Requirements
- Lead daily production operations to ensure schedules, quality standards, and service commitments are met.
- Manage a production team of approximately 100 employees, including supervisors and frontline production staff.
- Monitor key operational metrics including productivity, yield, labor efficiency, and waste.
- Build a culture where people take ownership, solve problems, and support each other.
- Identify opportunities to make production faster, smarter, and more efficient.
Benefits
- Salary Range: $115k - $130,000
- Shift & Hours: Monday – Friday 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
