Job Description
Revolution Medicines is seeking an Associate Director, Medical Affairs Content and Training to develop and execute global Medical Affairs content and training plans, leading to the scientific fluency of the organization. The role will be responsible for shaping the Medical Affairs training and content roadmap in alignment with therapeutic area strategies and launch priorities.
Requirements
- Advanced scientific or medical degree (PhD, PharmD, MD).
- 5-7+ years of experience in Medical Affairs, Scientific Training, or Medical Communications within the biotechnology or pharmaceutical industry.
- Strong expertise in scientific content development and training program design for Medical Affairs teams.
