Clinical Training Director (West)

Revolution Medicines is seeking a Clinical Training Director to lead the development and execution of clinical training curriculum for customer-facing teams. The successful candidate will have a Master's degree and 12+ years of clinical experience in oncology, as well as prior commercial training experience in the Oncology space. The role will be responsible for leading the development and application of a comprehensive training curriculum, advising on industry insights, and collaborating with field teams to identify training needs.

• Master's degree with 12+ years of related work experience
• Prior commercial training experience in the Oncology space
• Experience in small to midsize biotech organization
• Prior and recent commercial field experience
• Valid driver's license
