Job Description
We’re looking for a hands-on leader to keep our production floor running smoothly, safely, and efficiently. As a Leadperson / Production Supervisor, you’ll guide operators, troubleshoot issues in real-time, and ensure our products meet the highest quality standards.
Requirements
- 5+ years manufacturing experience or related degree (non-engineering)
- Proven leadership skills in a production environment
- Strong mechanical aptitude and safety-first mindset
- Excellent communication and hands-on leadership style
- Familiarity with lean manufacturing, safety standards, and quality processes
- Basic computer skills (email, data entry, production tracking)
