Manufacturing Supervisor- 2nd Shift

ERMCO is seeking a Manufacturing Supervisor to oversee daily activities on the production floor, ensuring smooth and efficient operations. The successful candidate will have experience in manufacturing, strong organizational skills, and the ability to motivate and lead teams.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Three years as a Team Lead or equivalent experience
• Seven years in a manufacturing environment, preferably in the distribution transformer industry
• Knowledge of production processes, quality control standards, and safety regulations
• Ability to communicate well at all levels of the organization
• Strong computer skills, including the Microsoft Suite
