Requirements
- Completed training in food retail industry or lateral entrant with initial professional and leadership experience
- Solid product knowledge and high awareness of freshness and quality
- Solution- and result-oriented work style and commitment to tasks
- Team spirit, customer orientation, and communication strength
- Willingness to work in a flexible shift system with working hours from Monday to Saturday
