The Fresh Counter is the heart of our REWE Market. As a Department Manager Fresh Counter, you will take responsibility for your team, the quality of the goods, and all procedures.
Requirements
- Completed training, preferably in the food retail industry
- Sound knowledge of the goods and high awareness of freshness and quality
- Solution-oriented and results-oriented way of working
- Team spirit, customer orientation, and communication skills
- Willingness to work in a flexible shift system with working hours from Monday to Saturday
