The Fresh Counter is the heart of REWE Daniel Harting oHG, where unique creations of fine quality are created for customers. As a Department Manager Fresh Counter, you will take responsibility for your team, the quality of goods, and all processes.
Requirements
- Completed training, preferably in the food retail industry
- Solid product knowledge and a high awareness of freshness and quality
- Solution- and result-oriented way of working
- Commitment to tasks, approached systematically and responsibly
- Team spirit, customer orientation, and communication skills
- Willingness to work in a flexible shift system with working hours from Monday to Saturday
