Requirements

• Completed education, preferably in the food retail industry, or lateral entrant with initial professional and leadership experience in baked goods or SB Fresh Counter
• Profound product knowledge and high awareness of freshness and quality
• Solution- and result-oriented working method, with engagement for tasks, structured and conscientious manner
• Team spirit, high customer orientation, and communication skills
