This training program offers a future-focused training course for apprentices and a Trade Academy qualification (Abiturient/Handelsfachwirt). Apprentices will gain practical skills in the Baumarkt area, including retail sales and customer service. Graduates will receive training in commodities trading and ACA certification. The program includes weekly theory courses and on-site support.

Requirements

• General Lower School Diploma or Higher Secondary School Diploma
• Contact fluency and enjoy working with customers
• Interest in trade and our Baumarkt assortments
• A high degree of communication skills
• High level of commitment, resilience and a lot of talent in self-organization
• Regional flexibility (for further training to become a commodities trading clerk)
• High level of tolerance and a positive attitude towards customers
• Professionalism and a willingness to provide helpfulness and encouragement
