The Academy Student:innen- & Handelsfachwirtprogram for future leaders offers a unique training program to become a retail trader in a toom furniture store. It is a 18-month program focusing on trade, customer service, and sales techniques. Weekly 5-day training and ongoing support from the training center and REWE Group are offered.
