Requirements
- Vocational training as a butcher or butcher, preferably in the food retail trade, a comparable training, or experience as a head chef
- Fundamental knowledge of goods from multi-year professional experience in the meat and fine food trade or in the hospitality industry
- Leadership competence, combined with a solution- and result-oriented way of working
- Customer orientation, communication strength, and eagerness to engage
- Team spirit and sense of responsibility
- Flexibility from Monday to Saturday from 05:00 to 22:00
