The Fresh Market is the heart of the company, and the Department Leader/Head of Fresh Market is responsible for leading the service department, implementing national sales concepts, and ensuring the quality of products and processes.

Requirements

• Vocational training as a butcher or butcher, preferably in the food retail trade, a comparable training, or experience as a head chef
• Fundamental knowledge of goods from multi-year professional experience in the meat and fine food trade or in the hospitality industry
• Leadership competence, combined with a solution- and result-oriented way of working
• Customer orientation, communication strength, and eagerness to engage
• Team spirit and sense of responsibility
• Flexibility from Monday to Saturday from 05:00 to 22:00
