We are looking for a Department Head / Store Manager for our Fresh Meat Department. You will lead the service team and be responsible for setting sales concepts, managing the team, ensuring product quality, and maintaining processes. You will also lead and train your team and serve as a role model.
Requirements
- Vocational training as a butcher or master butcher
- Funded product knowledge from many years of experience in the meat and delicatessen trade or in the gastronomy
- Leadership skills combined with a solution-oriented and result-oriented way of working
- Strong customer orientation, communication skills, and enthusiasm
- Team spirit and sense of responsibility
