Job Description
The Fresh Meat Department is the heart of our REWE Adelung oHG. As a Department Head / Division Head Fresh Meat Butcher, you will lead the Service Department for the areas of meat, sausage, cheese, baked goods and delicatessen.
Requirements
- Vocational training as a butcher or meat cutter, preferably in the food retail trade, a comparable training or experience as a head chef
- Profound knowledge of goods from multi-year professional experience in the meat and delicatessen trade or in the gastronomy
- Leadership competence, combined with solution-oriented and results-oriented working method
- Customer orientation, communication strength and willingness to engage
- Team spirit and sense of responsibility
