Job Description
The Head of Operatives Quality Management will support the central operational quality management of the REWE Group, manage quality management teams, ensure product quality, and develop QM. The ideal candidate has a degree in food technology or a comparable field and extensive experience in quality management or quality assurance.
Requirements
- Completed degree in food technology, food chemistry, ecotrophology, or a comparable field
- Extensive professional and management experience in quality management or quality assurance, preferably in international retail or the food industry
- Decision-making strength, result orientation, and developed empathy and cultural sensitivity
- Analytical thinking and a strong quality consciousness
- Strong communication skills in German and English
