Job Description
As an HR Representative, you will advise top management on labor law issues, support HR appointments, and prepare individual and disciplinary measures. You will also create termination notices, handle correspondence, and support HR projects. Your tasks will include document management, being a point of contact for other HR departments, and supporting employees with flexible working models, induction, and further training opportunities.
Requirements
- Completed commercial training or comparable qualification
- At least 1-3 years of professional experience in personnel management or similar field
- Secure handling of MS Office, knowledge of SAP desirable
