The SAP IT Process Owner - Access Management will be responsible for the end-to-end management of the SAP Access Management process across all SAP systems, defining, optimizing, and documenting the SAP-specific process design, creating and maintaining process artifacts, steering guidelines, standards, controls, and KPIs, and coordinating IAM and GRC systems.
Requirements
- Many years of experience in SAP Access Management or process responsibility in the SAP environment
- In-depth understanding of SAP authorization concepts and role/authorization design in ECC, S/4HANA, and Fiori
- Good understanding of audit, SoD, compliance, and internal control requirements, as well as experience in handling findings and their long-term remediation
- Experience with IAM or GRC solutions (e.g., SAP GRC Access Control, SAP IDM or comparable tools)
- Safe handling of IT process frameworks (e.g., ITIL/COBIT) and ability to translate higher-level requirements into SAP-specific workflows
- Methodological strength in process modeling, structured documentation, and moderation/stakeholder management
- Structured, solution-oriented, and assertive way of working
- Good German and English skills
- Ideal experience from regulated environments (e.g., ISO 27001, KRITIS, Finance)
