Wilhelm Brandenburg in collaboration with the master of fine meat - fine sausage GmbH in the REWE Group is seeking a skilled Head of Department for Food Packaging to lead a team of approximately 120 employees and contribute to department leadership. The role involves supporting the department head, implementing production and personnel planning, and ensuring quality standards.

Requirements

• Completed training as a meat technician/master/craftsman in sausage making or corresponding professional experience
• Experience in food production or a similar position
• Excellent skills in team leadership and the formulation of sound decisions
• Strong communication skills and resilience
• Ability to react flexibly to changing requirements
