We are looking for an Assistant Branch Manager / Market Manager Assistant to support the market management in all tasks that arise, including in the substitute role. The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing the REWE sales concept, steering the development of turnover, costs, and inventories, and ensuring compliance with statutory and business requirements.

Requirements

• Completed commercial training, preferably in the grocery retail trade
• Ideally, experience as (acting) leadership in sales
• Performance motivation, organizational skills, and result-oriented working style
• Leadership skills, sense of responsibility, and team spirit
