We are looking for an Assistant Store Manager / Market Manager Assistant to support the market leadership in all tasks that arise, with a focus on implementing the successful REWE sales concept and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Completed commercial education, preferably in food retail
- Professional experience as (assistant) manager in sales
- Performance motivation, organizational talent, and result-oriented work style
- Leadership competence, sense of responsibility, and team spirit
- Flexibility to work in a shift system with hours from Monday to Saturday between 06:00 and 22:00
