Requirements

• Completed commercial training, preferably in the food retail industry
• Professional experience as a (assistant) manager in sales
• Performance motivation, organizational skills, and result-oriented work style
• Leadership competence, sense of responsibility, and team spirit
• Willingness to work in a flexible shift system with working hours from Monday to Saturday between 06:00 and 21:00
