We are looking for an Assistant Store Manager / Market Manager to support the market management in our REWE Dennis Henkelmann oHG. The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing the successful REWE sales concept, steering sales, cost and inventory development, and ensuring compliance with statutory and operational regulations.
Requirements
- Completed commercial training, preferably in the retail trade
- Professional experience as (assistant) manager in sales
- Performance motivation, organizational talent, and result-oriented way of working
- Leadership skills, sense of responsibility, and team spirit
- Willingness to work in a flexible shift system with working hours from Monday to Saturday between 06:00 and 23:30
