As a Green Team Leader, you will be responsible for the autonomous management of your area, customer inquiries, and team leadership. You will also contribute to the growth of the company through various tasks, such as implementing concepts and ensuring seasonality in the product range.
Requirements
- Experience in retail, e.g. as a merchant, commercial clerk, business administrator, or in the crafts, e.g. as a landscape architect, landscape gardener, master, technician, or comparable professional experience
- Experience in management and further development of employees
- Team spirit, communication skills, and decision-making freedom, as well as a willingness to take on responsibility
- Knowledge in evaluating numbers, e.g. via an ERP system
- Experience in prioritizing day-to-day business and a quick understanding
- Interest in the garden product range
