As a Regional Team Leader, you will be responsible for managing your department, leading a team, and making decisions on customer complaints and other inquiries. You will also be responsible for ensuring seasonal offerings, quality, and freshness of plants, and guaranteeing availability of goods, inventory security, and operational processes. You will bring experience in retail, leadership, and team skills, as well as knowledge in evaluating numbers and prioritizing daily business.
Requirements
- Experience in retail, e.g. as a merchant/shopkeeper (m/w/d), merchant/shopkeeper (f/m), commercial clerk, or in the trades, e.g. as a landscape architect, garden landscape contractor, master craftsman, or technician with comparable professional experience
- Experience in leadership and further development of employees
- Team skills, communication strength and decision-making pleasure and desire for self-responsibility
- Knowledge in the evaluation of numbers, e.g. via the logistics system
- Experience in prioritizing daily business and a quick understanding
- Interest in the garden product range
