This internship offers growth opportunities within the garden center environment at toom Baumarkt, a member of the REWE Group. The intern will support the growth of the garden center, starting with logistics and sales in a selected market and progressing to team leadership in the last three months. They receive support from coaches and mentors and are part of a supportive company culture focused on development and innovation.

Requirements

• finished degree in green industry
• First experience in trade or other customer-oriented industries
• Good plant knowledge
• Mobility and willingness to undergo training
• Excitement for leadership, motivation of employees and entrepreneurial success
• Communication skills, a hands-on mentality and a safe appearance when dealing with customers and colleagues
