Student Job People Services (m/f/d) - a part-time, temporary position with the REWE Group, working on national projects in the HR-Operations area, optimizing and developing the HR Payroll Services department and business processes.
Requirements
- Creative skills to create presentations and templates with suitable tools
- Ability to design and support the internal knowledge management system
- Systematic recording and providing company, process, and specialized knowledge
- Ideas for digitalization and automation potential to optimize HR processes
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- High degree of structure and self-responsibility, and ability to maintain an overview in complex work situations
- First experiences in project management (ideally)
- Currently in a full-time study program for at least 2 semesters
