Rewind is a service that protects critical data that powers businesses. We're looking for an Account Manager to expand value within our existing customer base through cross-sell opportunities.
Requirements
- 3-5+ years of experience in SaaS sales, account management, or customer expansion roles
- Proven experience selling into existing customers (cross-sell and expansion)
- Strong consultative selling skills and the ability to connect product capabilities to customer outcomes
- Comfort managing a pipeline and working toward revenue targets
- Ability to collaborate across teams including Customer Success, Product, and Marketing
- Strong communication and presentation skills with both business and technical stakeholders
