Requirements

• Assist in the analysis and evaluation of current assets within the portfolio.
• Support the team in financial modeling, forecasting, and budgeting processes.
• Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities within the industrial real estate sector.
• Help prepare reports and presentations for internal stakeholders and investors.
• Participate in property inspections, strategy meetings, deal discussions.
• Assist with transactional diligence and analysis, helping prepare models, summaries, and supporting documentation used in investment and disposition evaluations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective management of assets.
• Assist in the development and implementation of asset management strategies to enhance property performance.
• Prepare and present a capstone project to team leadership.
