Rezilient is seeking an experienced Vice President of Engineering to lead and scale its technical organization, guiding the evolution of its core technology platform and shaping the company's technical direction, culture, and standards.
Requirements
- 10–15+ years of progressive software engineering experience
- Expertise in Javascript/Typescript, React, Node.js, and AWS cloud architecture
- Deep familiarity with healthcare technology, EHR/EMR integrations, and compliance frameworks
- Strategic yet hands-on leadership skills
