Requirements
- Experience in business analysis, change or transformation ideally within legal or professional services.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.
- Confident presenting and influencing stakeholders.
- Highly organised, able to manage multiple priorities and work well with ambiguity.
- Proficient with MS Office; strong Excel skills essential. Power BI and process-mapping tools (e.g., Visio) are a plus.
