We are seeking a Trenchless Technology Team Leader to head the trenchless pipe replacement operations for a key project. This critical role demands a leader with extensive hands-on experience in no-dig construction methods, capable of managing the technical challenges and crew associated with this specialized field.
Requirements
- Minimum of 8 years of direct experience in water mains trenchless replacement
- 6 years of hands-on site experience supervising work teams in trenchless replacement operations
- 2 years of specific experience with relevant trenchless replacement technology (e.g., pipe bursting, directional drilling)
- Relevant degree or technical qualification is highly desirable
