Requirements
- Proven experience as a Sales Supervisor, Area Sales Manager, or similar role in sales management.
- Strong knowledge of sales principles and team leadership.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Ability to analyze market data and make strategic decisions.
- Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
