Job Description
RH is seeking an experienced Sous Chef to lead and develop the culinary team, partner with the Executive Chef, and drive operational excellence in a high-volume, full-service restaurant.
Requirements
- 3+ years of previous Sous Chef experience
- Proven ability to manage financial performance
- Expertise in computer systems
- Advanced culinary expertise
- Proven ability to work autonomously and collaborate with leadership
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and variable shifts
