Job Description
We are hiring for a Caregiver / Direct Support Professional / DSP / Waiver to provide support for individuals with disabilities in the community, implementing services and supports to address their goals and desired outcomes. Join our team at RHA Health Services and make a real difference in the lives of people with intellectual, developmental disabilities, and people facing mental health, and substance use challenges.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED (Preferred (TN))
- At least 18 years of age
- Valid drivers’ license
- Conflict resolution
- Some computer skills preferred
- Decision making
- Communication skills
- Ability to maintain good work attendance
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
