Job Description
We are hiring for a Direct Support Mentor-Waiver position to provide support for people with intellectual, developmental disabilities, and mental health challenges. The position involves providing mentorship, training, and coaching to Direct Support Employees and assisting with daily activities such as eating, resting, and grooming. Requirements include a high school diploma or GED, at least one year of experience working with IDD individuals, and a valid driver's license.
