Job Description
We are hiring for a Direct Support Mentor - Waiver position at RHA Health Services. The successful candidate will provide support for people with intellectual, developmental disabilities, and mental health challenges in residential and day settings.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- 1 year of experience working with IDD individuals (preferable)
- Valid driver's license and personal vehicle insurance coverage
- CPR and First Aid certification
- Med Tech and NCI certifications
- Core competency training
- Clinically supervised by a qualified professional
