As a Direct Support Mentor-Waiver, you will provide support and mentorship to individuals with disabilities, helping them achieve their personal outcomes and goals.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- At least one year of experience working with IDD individuals (preferably)
- Valid driver's license
- Personal vehicle insurance coverage
- CPR and First Aid certification
- Med Tech and NCI certifications
