Job Description
We are hiring for an Intensive In Home Licensed Team Leader to provide mental/behavioral healthcare to individuals with intellectual, developmental disabilities, and mental health/substance use challenges. The Team Leader will coordinate and monitor services, supervise staff, and ensure timely initial and reauthorizations for services.
Requirements
- Graduate degree in Counseling or a related field
- Valid licensure to provide mental/behavioral healthcare in the state of North Carolina
- Minimum 2 years experience working with individuals with mental and/or behavioral health issues
- Valid driver's license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation
- Ability to pass a drug screen and background check
- Employee supervisory experience preferred
- Experience with Electronic Medical Records (EMR) preferred
