We are seeking a dynamic individual to fill the role of Head of Casino within our Commercial Team. The role involves developing and executing localized casino strategies, managing casino products, and leading a team.

Requirements

Strong understanding of games, providers, industry trends, and iGaming ecosystems, with a focus on player dynamics.
Demonstrated success as an online Head of Casino.
Experience managing multi-brands and navigating diverse markets, including regulated and pre-regulated.
Knowledge of brand launch processes, technical integration procedures, and the configuration and setup of casino contents.
Proficiency in implementing industry best practices with a keen eye on ROI and identifying player behavior patterns.
Familiarity with casino financial processes and reconciliation procedures.
Proven track record in negotiating commercial contracts with third-party vendors and content suppliers.
Knowledge of player behavior analysis, segmentation techniques, and CRM strategies.
Exceptional communication, organisational, teamwork, and interpersonal abilities.
Data-driven approach with a keen attention to detail and strong analytical and problem-solving skills
