Senior Casino Manager

We are seeking a dynamic individual to fill the role of Senior Casino Manager at Rhino Entertainment. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the world of casinos, strong leadership skills, and a proven track record of managing casino products. The role involves supporting the execution of localized casino strategies, managing day-to-day operations, and building strong working relationships with third-party suppliers and content providers.

Requirements

• Strong understanding of games, providers, industry trends, and iGaming ecosystems, with a focus on player dynamics
• Proven experience in an online Casino Manager/Senior Casino Manager/Casino Product role
• Experience working across multiple brands and markets, including regulated and pre-regulated environments
• Good knowledge of brand launch processes, technical integrations, and casino content configuration
• Commercial mindset with a strong focus on ROI and player behaviour trends
• Experience managing supplier relationships
• Knowledge of player behaviour analysis, segmentation techniques, and CRM strategies
• Excellent communication, organisational, teamwork, and interpersonal abilities
• Data-driven approach with keen attention to detail and strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Hands-on mentality with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
