Job Description
RhynoCare is seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner (NP) to work in Long Term Care facilities in Toronto, ON. The NP provides comprehensive primary health care to residents, working collaboratively with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to support resident safety and quality of life.
Requirements
- Current registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario (CNO) in the Extended Class (Primary Health Care or Adult) and entitled to practice.
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BScN) required.
- Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) with Nurse Practitioner specialization preferred.
- One (1) year of clinical experience in geriatric, rehabilitation, or Long-Term Care nursing preferred.
- Availability to work on-site, including flexibility for evenings, weekends, and on-call coverage.
- Working knowledge of applicable Long-Term Care legislation, regulations, and standards of practice.
