Job Description
The Host is responsible for directing guest traffic, handling payment transactions, ensuring security, and maintaining the cash drawer. They will report to the General Manager and have minimal supervision, focusing on customer service and operational efficiency.
Requirements
- Greeting and seating guests with knowledge of the seating chart.
- Knowing Rib Crib products and how to prepare them.
- Answering phone calls and directing inquiries.
- Overseeing cashier stand and restroom maintenance.
- Stocking of to-go station and packages.
- Recording cashflow and performing opening/closing duties.
- Willingness to perform any task as assigned.
