Server

The Server is responsible for providing excellent customer service in a dining room, including greeting guests, taking orders, serving food, and handling payments. This role requires a strong ability to communicate with guests and the kitchen staff, as well as a willingness to assist in any situation.

Requirements

• Greet and seat guests
• Answer menu questions and suggest menu items
• Take customer orders and answer catering questions
• Record guest orders on the till
• Check and serve courses from the kitchen
• Manage bill and payment
• Clear and reset tables
• Demonstrate teamwork
