Job Description
The Client Services Engineer provides technical assistance to computer system users, answering questions or resolving computer problems and providing assistance concerning the use of computer hardware and software.
Requirements
- Provide on-site technical support
- Troubleshoot issues and work with vendors
- Maintain systems and install new equipment
- Troubleshoot mobile devices
- Assist system users with Tier 1-Tier 3 issues
- Evaluate client's operational efficiency
- Manage ticket queue
- Interact with RFA clients
- Manage MS Exchange environments and Active Directory
- Demonstrate a sense of urgency
- Leverage critical thinking skills
