Job Description
Join Richards Building Supply, a family-owned and operated company, as an Inside Sales Representative and be the backbone of our customer relationships, providing expert guidance and support to contractors and industry professionals.
Requirements
- 2-3 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in sales, retail, or distribution.
- Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office, CRM experience a plus!).
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Industry knowledge is a plus—but we’re happy to train motivated candidates!
- Spanish-speaking skills are a strong advantage but not required.
- Willingness to travel overnight (up to 10%)
