Job Description
Richards Building Supply is seeking an experienced Outside Sales Representative to drive new business and manage existing accounts in Ladson, SC. The role involves generating leads, building relationships, closing deals, and following up on leads, ultimately contributing to sales success and team achievement. The company is a family-owned wholesale distributor of exterior building materials.
Requirements
- 2+ years of B2B SMB sales experience
- Proven track record of exceeding 100%+ quota
- Experience generating leads
- CRM experience a must have
- Self-motivated hunter
- Strong communication & problem-solving skills
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to travel overnight occasionally
