Job Description
Richards Building Supply is seeking a highly energetic Outside Sales Representative to drive new business and manage existing accounts in Hardy, VA. The role involves generating leads, building customer relationships, and closing deals, and requiring self-motivation and a passion for building quality products.
Requirements
- 2+ years of B2B SMB sales experience (small to medium-sized businesses)
- Proven track record of exceeding 100%+ quota
- Experience generating your own leads
- CRM experience is a must-have
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel overnight occasionally
