Assistant

As an Assistant, the incumbent will contribute to growing the business by providing support to the Investment Advisor(s), ensuring high-level client service, and effective functioning of the team through administration-related tasks.

Requirements

• Superior client relationship management skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
• Relevant experience in the financial sector and/or administrative experience
• Excellent proficiency with Microsoft Office
• Experience with Client Relationship Management (CRM) systems such as Maximizer
• Strong organizational skills
• Meticulous attention to detail
• Ability to prioritize, multitask, work within time constraints and follow-up
• Ability to work in a team environment
• Ability to quickly learn new technologies and programs
