Maintenance Lead

The Maintenance Lead is responsible for managing maintenance team members to ensure all work orders, unit turns, and additional projects are completed quickly and efficiently. They provide guidance and direction to the maintenance staff and perform tasks necessary to maintain the physical aspects of the property.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 2+ years of prior maintenance experience
• 2+ years of prior management experience
• Previous budgeting experience is preferred
• Post-secondary trade certification in electrical, plumbing, HVAC, or other building trades certification is preferred
