Maintenance Tech

Maintenance Tech position at Richmark Property Management responsible for maintaining all physical and mechanical aspects of the property.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Post-secondary trade certification in electrical, plumbing, HVAC, or other building trades certification preferred
• 3+ years of experience as a maintenance technician or equivalent role required
• Knowledge of materials, methods, and tools involved in construction or repair of houses and buildings
• Clean driving record, current vehicle insurance, and ability to pass insurability guidelines
