Maintenance Tech

A full-time maintenance technician position responsible for maintaining all physical and mechanical aspects of a property, working with the community manager and maintenance lead to complete preventative maintenance and work orders.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Post-secondary trade certification in electrical, plumbing, HVAC, or other building trades certification preferred
• 3+ years of experience as a maintenance technician or equivalent role required
